Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Customers can cancel their bookings online or via email up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment free of charge. After this 12-hour period, cancellation is no longer possible and the full amount will be charged. Rebookings Customers can rebook their bookings online or via email up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment free of charge. After this 12-hour period, rebooking is no longer possible. In this case, customers must book a new appointment and pay the full amount for the original appointment. Last booking time The latest possible time for bookings is 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment cannot be considered. Refund If a cancellation is made in time (i.e., at least 12 hours before the appointment), the amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method used within 5 working days. Receipt of the cancellation confirmation After a successful cancellation, customers will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as proof of cancellation and should be kept for any further enquiries. General information Please make sure that you arrive on time for the agreed appointment.
